Preparing all required documents related to theworkers like Offer letter, appointment Letter, Salaries related papers and processing through proper channel, making necesary arrangements for the labours and staff accommodatruon, periodical renewal of the goverrment documents like licneces, vehcle registration and other,
preparing the datas of the employees, keeping the eproper records of the staff and reporting to the higher management for man power co ordinating with the departments and arranging man power by recruiting new satff, managing the relation betwen laboures and the management. prpearing, stamping, cancellin of the visas and its proceedurs.
I have completed my Bachlor Degree i India and flew to Dubai in the year 1986 I have Joined with a food stuff company as accountant worked for two years, and by serching a good placement I have found a job in Delma Isand in AbuDhabi as school teacher for the period of two years wher I was acting as the head of the school and Minisrty of Education have certified me unfortunately the school have widup and I have forced to shift another job where I have joined with a reputed gruop of resaturents in Dubai, I have actred as Human resource and Purchase in Charge there , from ther I have joined to Arab Technical Establishment as a division head and then from there to M/S. CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY served for about 15 years as Human Rsoucer Department, I have rsigned as Personnel Manager over ther in July 2015.
