I would like to express my interest in the position of Quantity Surveyor in your organization. Currently I am employed in Dhabi Contracting, Abudhabi i in the capacity of Quantity Surveyor.
I have Completed B. Tech in Civil Engineering from Kerala University (TKM College of Engineering), Kerala, India. Furthermore, I have successfully completed a Diploma in Project Planning & Management (Primavera P6) offered by CADD Center, Kerala.
I have a total of more than 10 years (More than 8 years in UAE) of hands-on experience in different aspects of quantity surveying practices which is gained through working in reputed multinational construction contracting organizations.
· I was a Quantity Surveyor in ADNOC Ruwais Housing Complex Expansion Project - 663 Villas (2.84 Billion Dirham Project)
· I was also in Dubai for Nakheel Mall Construction (1.5 Billion Dirham) as a Quantity Surveyor.
· I was also ‏in Abu Dhabi for ICT Building Construction (152 Million Dirham) as a Quantity Surveyor.
· I was also in Dubai for Emirati School Project (210 Million Dirham) as a Quantity Surveyor.
· Currently I am in Dubai for Seven City, JLT Cluster Z, Jumeira Lake Tower (1.3 Billion Dirham) as a Quantity Surveyor.
