Managing daily Accounts and Finance operations and timely closing of accounts
Monthly reporting and analysis involves P&L, Bank reconciliation, Budgeting and Forecasting
Preparing various kinds of reports for the Management and audit teams as per the requirements
Analyzing, reconciling and investigation of the financial report on monthly basis and presenting to the Management
Consolidating report on various Projects on monthly basis
Preparing and Forwarding Cash Flow statement to the Management
Recording all the Purchase and Sales transaction in the System on daily basis
Preparing monthly Payroll of employees (WPS) and Payroll statement
Coordinating all the departments like Accounts, Studio and Production
Maintaining Payment schedule and Preparing cheques to be disbursed to the Creditors and other parties
Preparing LPO and handling Cash purchase and Petty cash management
Performed other office functions such as attending telephone calls and fax communications and filing office documents
Overall management of Suppliers and Sub contractors. Reconciliation of Supplier and Customer statements of accounts
Handling of Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payment follow up and Receipt processing
Recording complaints from Customers and taking necessary actions accordingly
Maintaining various registers like Purchase register and Sales register
Preparing monthly P & L reports and forward to the Management
Preparing application for a Letter of credit and document for export, import transactions
Maintaining Day Book and Journal register on daily basis
Preparing Bank reconciliation and Salary statement of employees
Managing and Analyzing Inventory Stock using LIFO and FIFO method
