Change Management Consultant
- Establish and operate Centre of Excellence by applying consulting of structured methodology and lead change management activities.

- Managed 70 employees from different cultures and other some resources, such as equipments and inventory.
- Prepared and reviewed operational annual and daily reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Managed the catering project of National Information Center, Ministry of Interior.
- Managed the catering project of STC.
- Managed the catering project of Riyad Bank and France Bank.
- Assisted working on a project to identify the risks of implementing the data center.
- Systemized the monitoring system to separate the external computer network (public users) from the internal network (for staff) for the purpose of protecting the network from spyware and stole information.
- Participated with team to attend meeting with Oracle in order to implement the database program.
