Responsibilities:
To prepare Work Programs, review and evaluate contractors' schedules meticulously, which involves identifying critical activities, potential delays, and optimization opportunities.
Utilizing planning software Primavera P6, and tools like S-curves, EVM and EVA to visualize project progress and milestones effectively, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Apart from this, performing Delay Analysis for extension of time (EOT) claims submitted by contractors to uphold fair and accurate assessments that aligns with project timelines and contractual obligations. Reporting work progress to the Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager and the Client.
