ii. control for casting and fabrication and powder coating ( painting ).
iii. Casting Aluminum as desired designs.
iv. Interest in Professional safety and health of workers and ensuring that they using PPE and attention to their work in a safe environment.
o Material receiving and MTC review to meet the PO requirements and project specifications.
o Qualification test as per Codes and standards.
o Make inspection service at offshore work.
o Welding Inspection, Documentation & Dimensional Check.
o Witness NDT Test UT, MT, PT, and Leak Test, visually accepted joints to cope up with the NDT percentage requirements per line class & welders performance percentage.
o Drill pipe Inspection Using Visual Test, Magnetic Test and Ultrasonic Test (NDT).
o Rig Parts Inspection Using Visual Test, Magnetic Test and Ultrasonic Test (NDT).
o Corrosion Inspection for Pipes and Tanks Using Ultrasonic Test.
