Manage client contract, define clear scopes, comply with requirements of the contract. Plan and prepare accurate project estimates and forecast estimates for ongoing and future projects. Resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client when arise. Manage and monitor project performance on an ongoing basis to identify issues and opportunities early and take pre-emptive action. Manage design and procurement activities to meet the project schedules. Monitor and control all cost aspects of the project (cost control system), forecasting costs, obtaining approvals, identifying trends, taking action to avoid cost overruns and identifying opportunities. Manage cash flow for projects through active control on invoicing and collections. Define the project quality requirements. Monitoring continuously of the communication network between project staff, the client and third parties and introduction of changes where required. Maintain risk management focus throughout the project duration. Manages an effective handover from proposal to project phase.
