• Assist the Assistant housekeeping manager in planning Supervision respective location all aspect of cleaning within the premises of Al Bidda Tower.
• Responsible of handling and keeping the cleaning equipment in good condition.
• Assist the assistant cleaning manager to pass in details the cleaning records and any other associated duties as appropriate.
• Perform shift and any emergency duties when required.
• Manage and control stock of cleaning consumables and supplies.
• Ensure always safe systems of work, particularly in the control of hazardous substance and specialist cleaning materials.
• Supervise a team of housekeepers with an aim to meet the committed performance target of cleanliness.
• Perform weekly inspection monitoring entire location as per planed schedule and submitting reports facilities department administration office.
• Conducted on Job training as per plan for housekeeping staff and briefings on duty each location.
• Supervising projects like Façade Cleaning, Marble crystallization, Landscaping and irrigation for Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy at Al Bidda Tower
• Financial tracking and reporting to ensure all services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels
• Responding appropriately to tenant’s emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
• Lead all housekeeping & cleaning activities of the hotel in guest rooms, lobbies, communal areas, conference halls, toilets, theaters, health clubs, swimming pools, gardens, staff accommodations, parking areas and external premises.
• Maintain supervisor room and store room.
• Duty rosters and time to time allocation of staff as per requirements.
• Supervise all laundry work relevant to guest’s rooms, customer areas and staff uniforms.
• Supervise housekeeping activities during parties, ceremonies and special events.
• Supervise all housekeeping & cleaning activities of the hotel in guest rooms, lobbies, communal areas, corridors, conference halls, toilets, theaters, health clubs, swimming pools, gardens, staff accommodations, parking areas and external premises.
