As a Pre System Test Manager, I am responsible for:
• Managing a team of up to 10-15 onshore system testers.
• Developing an agreed upon Test approach for PIT
• Developing test scripts and gain approval from business.

Data Centre Migration Project was of a 2.5billion project consist of almost 3 thousand men days. Astellas Project
Orion was progressing through its transition phase from Astellas current IT suppliers to new global providers.
Accenture was responsible for supporting the APEL SAP Applications migration and IBM was responsible for the
required Infrastructure supporting these systems.
As a SAP DCM Test Manager, I was responsible for:
• Developing an agreed upon Test approach for the SAP Data center migration program for Client's SAP
landscape includes SAP ECC, BI, ECC HR, SRM, SCM, PI, GRC, Enterprise Portal and Solution Management
Services with multiple interfaces to internal and external applications, and third party modules.
• Managing an offshore team of up-to 8-10 IDC SAP Functional testers.
• Manage a test execution for around 200 SAP interfaces (internal and external)
• Liaising with more 75 internal and external (3rd party) stakeholders for test scheduling and communicating
the test results.
• Developing the OQ Test reports at the end of the each successful test phase and gaining client's sign off.
• Supporting the Astellas counterpart in planning, conducting the PQ (UAT) testing, defect management and
reporting phase.
• Support Account to help BAU team to feed in the Master Interface inventory by keeping it up to date.
• Supporting Technical SAP team by liaising with external parties for the technical connectivity tests.
UK has one of the world's largest & most complex SharePoint 2007 implementation, severing over 95, 000
users & storing 23TB of data. The SharePoint 2010 programme replaced the current implementation with the latest
Microsoft offering. The upgrade included a new virtualized, scalable infrastructure, Intranet & Extranet capability
with over 1000 man-days of new custom development.
My responsibilities include:
• Test lead including management of 12 resources and a £13 million budget for approx. 1200 man-days and
approx. 7000 scripts created.
• Building up an onshore and offshore team from stretch for the project, including interviewing, short listing,
Implementing test process and procedures, Knowledge transfer, communication and reporting plans
• Responsible for developing Test Strategies, Approaches, Test plans and Stakeholder Management plans
• Continuously monitoring the test progress against the Test Plan, taking corrective and preventive actions.
• Dealing with senior stakeholders to justify program re-planning timelines, budget increases & status updates.
• Representing Test team in RAG weekly Program meeting.
• Dealing with internal & external work stream leads for requirement gather and sign off process
management.
• Responsible to represent Onshore resource to laddering session and providing feedback / rating to offshore
resources.
• Successful hand over to next test lead for remaining test activities in the program
