Responsibilities:
As Operations Manager:
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
• Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
• Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace
• Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses .
AS R&D :
• Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with Orthopedics business units.
• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Support Director to hire and develop R&D personnel.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing process into and out of the company.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
• Perform sales activities on major accounts.
• Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profits.
• Meets potential customers (new and old) on a daily basis with reports.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Group Code of Conduct.
AL-Mrooj company has a 3 years contract with M-I SWACO a Schlumberger company as a sub contractor to change out catalyst for gas sweetening units for Lukoil at West Qurna 2 field & I am the project engineer from AL-Mrooj company side for this contract,
My Job is to supervise the change out process including the ( Purging - Unloading the used catalyst - loading the new catalyst - all logistics needed ) & finishing all necessary PTWs for this process .
As Production Manager :
1- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
2- Oversee a workforce of 4 employees in the manufacturing department
3- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
4- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
5- Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
6- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
7- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
8- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
9- Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
10 - ensuring quality systems & procedures are adhered to & revised in line with continuous improvement philosophy .

As Quality Control Manager :
1- Ensure production quality continuously tested and recorded and complies to QC specification advice correction to the batch if they fall out side QC limit
2- Evaluating new raw materials.
3- Extending the shelf life of both Raw and finished products
4- Actively participate in setting and implementing processes that will deliver the HSE standards set by Sika .
5- Follow Sika strategy in the Technical department.
6- In coming raw material and Finished Product Testing.
7- Routine production batch adjustment or correction, if any anomalies found during production.
8- Raw material Evaluation and report to GM accordingly
9- Product comparison with competitor product.
10 - Trials for new product development and product modification
11- Provide test certificate for the customers
12- Documentation of QC specification for raw materials and finished product.
13- ISO documentation.
14 - Shelf life extension of the expired raw materials

also i was the Head of Technical team that responsible for set up a new plant ( Firefighting foam plant)
1- Oversee plant quality by conducting and evaluating various tests of finished products, components and packaging.
2- Confirm plant audit procedures and assigned work schedules.
3- Resolve major quality problems for production and warehousing.
4- Monitor product date coding and trade age management at all levels of product movement.
5- Educate and instruct plant personnel regarding quality control testing, equipment sanitation and general sanitation and housekeeping practices.
6- Review operational procedures and make recommendations to management to improve efficiency and project yields.
7- Review plant evaluation and make appropriate recommendations to management.
8- Work closely with customers regarding quality issues.
9- Prepare plant evaluation reports for Corporate QA Director monthly.

1- Supervises operations employees (e.g, manufacturing, filling, granulation, compression/encapsulation, inspection and/or packaging staff) of high quality pharmaceutical products according to schedule, cost and quality standards,
2- Maintaining employee engagement, safety performance, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory control and documentation procedures.
3- Provides leadership to assigned staff by performing the following: leading organizational change;

8- Troubleshoots operational and maintenance problems; corrects, repairs or directs the correction and repair of operational and/or equipment problems.
9- Oversees the maintenance of treatment plant, shop areas and other facilities and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
10 -Operate valves, pumps and automated controls to regulate the flow of water through the plant; operates and performs preventive maintenance on a variety of treatment plant equipment, such as pumps, motors, chlorinators or other chemical application equipment.
