Specify and verify controls requirements on new equipment and existing equipment retrofits including maintenance of accurate controls drawings and documentation.
Support new equipment controls development through validation, start-up, and continuous process improvement.

Design controls systems or retrofits on new and existing equipment. PLC programming and Maintenance on Allen Bradley (SLC, Compact Logix & Control Logix) and Siemens (S7 -300/400/1200) systems.
Integrating and communicating with PLC with Different equipment such as Danfoss AK- CC210 and Quantum Frick - Compressor Panel.
Act as key resource in troubleshooting controls and PLC issues.
Develop and execute strategic plans to improve controls support capability of equipment maintenance group
Responsible for the Installation & Commissioning of MCC & PCC panels for Refrigeration Plant.
Installation & Commissioning of Siemens Soft Starter for the Screw type Compressor.
Responsible for Erection, Testing and Commissioning, technical tasks of performing drafting work to create and modify the design of the applicable areas of the project.
• Responsible to manage all the electrical material required onsite on daily basis and to take daily reports and inspection of the site.
• To prepare bill of material based on drawings and prepare a procurement plan.
• Coordinate with Civil construction engineers and complete the electrical works.
• Conduct the Site acceptance testing and commissioning of the Electrical equipment through the Consultant.
• Handling of electrical load as per requirement.
• Prepare daily site reports to ensure close monitoring of contractor’s progress activities.
Our company is involved in constructing Commercial buildings, Data Centre for one of the Leading client in Saudi Arabia in which my role is to do Load Calculation as per IEC standards, Electrical designing, Cost Estimation & Commissioning of all electrical equipment (Transformer, ATS, MDB, UPS, CCTV, Fire Alarm sys.)
• Responsible for designing of Electrical system for Commercial buildings & Industrial sector using AutoCAD & E-Plan.
• Ensure the site Electrical works are executed as per the Drawings, specifications and scope of works.
• Responsible for Erection, Testing and Commissioning, technical tasks of performing drafting work to create and modify the design of the applicable areas of the project.

• Responsible for Testing of Electrical panels such as LT, HT Panels, Main hoist and Protection Circuit panel and Fault finding & troubleshooting the issues.
• Applying the principles of mass, momentum and heat transfer to process and equipment design, including conceptual, scheme and detail design and be professionally responsible for drawings (Eplan & AutoCAD), schematics, PLC/VFD software and technical documents.
• Deals with circuit breaker, relays, contactors, Switchgears, MCB, RCB, 3-Phase induction Motor & Calculation of material requirements and technical specifications in accordance with local and international norms and standards.
• Responsible for onsite Commissioning and Troubleshooting of projects which are:
a. Hardware as well as software installation & programming of PLC based system projects using “Schneider” PLC or any other.
b. Commissioning of ABB’s AC/DC drives, VFD in electrical panel.
c. Railway Electrical panels projects, Fire Fighting Panels in Building and MEP Projects.
d. Crane’s LT, CT, MH panels.
