Senior Program Manager for SABB Data Management Programme (DMP) that operates outside the formal control and management of the HSBC group; with main responsibilities focused on:
Develping SABB Data Management Roadmap and leading the implementation of SABB Data Management Strategy; Data Management Policy, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, Enterprise Content Management, Data Ownership and Data Goverance.
Advisor to the Programme Steering Committee (PSC) in SABB Data Management Strategy and Bussiness as Usual (BAU) operating model.
Represent the collective of all SABB businesses and functions in collecting and communicating program requirements, business case and benefits development, design, establishment, and implementation for the data management initiatives.
Lead the largest and most complex data management transformational change initiatives from idea generation to benefits realization that span all or several teams within SABB Technology, Operations, and Professional Services (TOPS) led by SABB Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Leading the implementation of the Teradata Enterprise Data warhouse (EDW) to create a single source of truth covering SABB different subject areas, that is structured, complies with agreed data standards and can be accessed by all functions and departments within the bank according to SABB agreed data privacy and security controls.
Leading the implementation of Teradata Analytical CRM Customer Interaction Manager (CIM) & Campaign Management Solution leveraging the data in the data warehouse and taking under consideration indiviual customer behaviour, previouse responses, and forcasted needs. The solution is integrated with 2-Way SMS and Email as outbound channels, and will be integrated with staff channels (Call Center & Branches), and Direct Channels (ATM. ITM, SABBnet & Mobile, and SABB public web site)
Leading the implementation of the Bussiness Intelligence (BI) solution, consalidated Data Mining and informed decesion making leveraging the data in the data warehouse
Leading the implementation of SABB Big Data and search engine capabilities to satisfy SAMA regulations for on demand customer statement over more than 15 years of customer transactions data search.
Lead the clear choice assessments for the programme needed software tools, and vendors selection process
Manage program scope, schedule, quality, budget and resourcing
Mange program Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies. and Decisions (RAIDD)
Member of the data management Program Execution Committee (PEC) responsible in resolving key risks, key issues, decesions and approvals in relation to the execution of the programme.
Effectively collaborate across business and technical teams including in-country, HSBC regional and global IT teams as well as vendor technical teams to deliver the DMP objectives.
Establish and gain traction in knowledge transfer and the up-skilling of local technical and to some degree business teams
Provide technical knowledge and consultancy for data management principles and approaches helping SABB to identify and deliver a data approach which is appropriate to the SABB context
• Senior Technical Manager / Lead Architect to manage and lead Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solution architecure and development teams (onsite & offshore) for both BAU and Transformation / Strategic projects / programs with bussiness alignment (technical marketing, sales, FTTH, IPTV, …) following Waterfall and AGILE/SCRUM methodologies
• Member of Mobily IT architecure and design authority committee;
o Participate in E2E solutions architecure, design, and solution blueprint (SBP)
o Participate in Mobily strategy to reduce cost of ownership (COO) for Data Management solutions with the flexibility of make, buy, or outsource
o Provide Data Management guidance and support enabling the next steps for Mobily as ICT player
o Provide roadmap to Mobily Data Management to support delivery of the IT and Business strategy, enables right balance between IT Data Management efficiency and bussiness innovations, ensures alignment with TMF framework
o Provide Data Management solutions for enhancing service fullfilment architecure and network architecure
o Exploit Data Management solutions to improve systems interoperability, reduce time to market (T2M) and risks
o Decision maker for Mobily Data Management functional and technology enhancement, upgrades and changes
• Lead architecure and design changes to Mobily Data Management supporting transformation programs and strategic projects like
o Central Order Management (COM)
o Promo Tool (includes Mobily different promotions, offerings, supplementary offerings, …)

• Manages the BAU activities for Master Data Management; define scope, design, Solution Blue Print (SBP), and delivery timelines. Work closely with MDM development team for Low level Design (LLD) of the IBM MDM Server Customer and Product domains taking under consideration the E2E solution architecure and design.
Manage and lead MDM development team resources onsite and offsite, and manage required data management changes till production launch.
Lead solution for critical production issues jointly with L2 & L3 support teams

• A Project Manager and Lead Solution Architect for the Master Data Management (MDM) solution in Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) using IBM Infosphere MDM Server and IBM Information Server, Both Customer Data Hub and Product Data Hub
