- Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble and porcelain works, parquet flooring, vinyl flooring, carpet flooring and landscaping.
- Attending the planned Work Inspection Request (WIR) in the light of approved Shop Drawing, IFC, MS, QCP, MAR and ITP.
- Conduct incoming inspection and testing of supplied materials to ensure that delivered materials are compliant to the approved material submittal, project inspection and bill of quantities.
- Verify shop drawings in order to ensure that activities are as per Project Specification and required Construction Specification.
- Managing all site construction and inspection work as instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE).
- Liaising with the contractors for project activities like construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities for ensuring compliance with specifications, codes and client requirements.
- Prepare nonconformity report or any action findings during the inspection; ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and communicated with the team.
- Reviewing operational process and installations to ensure that the Sub-Contractors comply with the design, standards and specifications of the contract documents.
- Coordinate with Engineers for all quality-related activities affecting the project management.

- Manage all finishing works includes high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works.
- Generate and update Method Statement, Project Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Plan and Inspection Test Plan and any other quality assurance requirement.
- To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare material submittals in the light of manufacturers specification and method statement.
- Prepare inspection requests for Engineer’s approval as per the ITP
- Perform the inspection and actual testing of the supplied, measuring tools and equipment to ensure conformity of material and works according to the contract specifications.
- Attended regular meetings on site with Consultant's Engineer to discuss current status of project including pending jobs & further suggestions.
- Prepared shop drawings, ceiling plans, sections & other layout plans as per requirements.
- Calculate total quantities of all types of materials required.
- Review and understand the contract drawings and specifications, RFIs, testing procedures, etc.
- Develop 3D Modeling, Rendering & Presentation (Revit Architecture, 3DS Max).
