Reporting to the regional manager and responsible for all aspects of the development from design, tendering, contracts, construction and project management point of view.
Running a team of 20 from different engineering, commercial and construction disciplines.
The development management is stand alone and is handled completely by the project management team with design interface with the main designer abroad.
The total value of the project is 405 m AED.
Development components and amenities are:
• 313 Residential units (Plot 99)
• 56 Residential units (Plot 101)
• All units equipped with wardrobes and kitchen cabinets
• 2050 m2 ground floor retail areas

One of the challenges faced in this project and in Abu Dhabi in general is the utilities and authorities approvals, which is mainly ADCD and ADDC (Power). Based on this experience I had I consider myself Well acquainted and have good knowledge with Abu Dahbi authorities process and approvals required to obtain the NOC`s (ADCD, ADDC, ADSSC)

jli are the engineer for a big project in alexandria who plays the construction manger role as well .my job was to coordinate between trade contractors since this project is working to construction management system where trade contractors is executing the works and under management of jli its a 30 stories building with foot print 28 000 m2 with a four seasons hotel included and 1000 residential apartments, 10 cinemas, big shopping mall, 3 parking levels

vodafone head quarter in cairo jli were the engineer for this project . hundai construction was the contractor .i was responsible for the arch.inspections on site and quality control onsite of the material and the works
