Leading and conducting Fire Drills in coordination with client for all accounts in accordance to Building Emergency Plan.
Conduct the bi-annually IMS internal audits and advice the respectiveaudited/departments on corrective actions and preventive actions.
Lead and conduct Incident Investigations and recommend robustcorrective and preventive action plans, Reviewing policies and procedures if required.
To ensure HSE Toolbox Talks, job related briefings, inductiontrainings for internal staff and other contractors are conducted.
Fire and Evacuation Plans, HSE procedures, and following up onimplementation of control measures to mitigate the risks to an acceptable level or eliminate them if applicable.
Monitor, establish, prepare, and review projects specific RiskAssessments, COSHH assessments.
Maintain Incident log on the account and implement incident reduction program.
Preparation of Hot Work Permit, Lifting Permit & Excavation permit .
Monitor and ensure all HSE weekly / monthly reports are compiled, reviewed, and submitted to the Head of HSE.

Extend support to the Head of HSE and Procurement team in reviewing and assessing the Contractors HSE prequalification and preparing tender related HSE documentations.
