1. RECRUITMENT
a. Keep details regarding the vacant positions handy all the time for Management’s review
b. Prepare advertisements for press (or for display on website) as and when required
c. Conduct initial screening of the candidates.
d. Prepare Interview Summaries of interview ratings and interviewers’ comments, including recommendations for future consideration.
e. Develop & Maintain Database of CV’s for all positions in the organization.
2.. PAYROLL PROCESSING (HRMS)
a. Performing the Pre Payroll related activities by:
• Ensuring all the incomplete attendance transactions are completed.
• Ensuring that the Over Time is raised correctly.
• Apply attendance filter to ensure that the data is tagged correctly.
• Ensuring that the employees who have worked on off days are getting paid as per the policy.
• Verification of Bonus & Leave Encashment amount calculated by the system.
b. Processing the payroll for 4 payroll groups (100+ employees).
c. Getting approval from management after complete reconcile of Payroll.
d. Resolving the employees query related to their Salary
e. Providing various reports to Top Management related to Payroll
3. ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
a. The development of structures, systems and processes that improves organizational effectiveness and facilitate change in the context of achieving business strategy.
b. Conduct regular follows ups and details analysis for the sake of identifying and removing deficiencies in existing HR systems and processes.
c. The development and implementation of HR functional areas across the company.
d. Play a critical role in areas such as HR planning, drafting HR policies and procedures, conducting job evaluation exercise, performing HR Audit and organizational restructuring.
4. Office Administation/Misc
a. Managment representative for SMETA 4 Pillar Ethical Sourcing Audit, ISO 9001(QMS)
b. Vendor Relationship Management/IR
c. Various tasks related to administartion like memberships, event planning/managment etc
As Project Manager:
Preparation of Research Proposal including
• Development of Research Design (sampling, research techniques)
• Preparation of Project Timelines and Project Budget/Pricing
• Collaboration with other departments for Project Timelines and Budgeting
Project Execution
• Development of questionnaires, briefing notes, show cards
• Pretesting the survey material
• Pre project briefing with the Field & DP team
• Regular fieldwork status/monitoring
• QC planning, initiating & monitoring (physical & telephonic)
