Responsibilities
 Reporting directly to the CEO of the company.
 Responsible for controlling entire Finance Function of Major Projects within the company which are the
biggest Intelligent Transport System (ITS) Projects in Saudi Arabia.
 Some of the Major Projects include:
1. ATCS (Adaptive Traffic Control System) Project. This $200 million project is part of making Riyadh a
Smart City. \[Client: ROYAL COMMISSION OF RIYADH CITY (RCRC), Main Contractor: TransCore I.T.S. an
American based multinational company specialized in Intelligent Transport System (ITS).\]
2. CBS Signalized Pedestrian Crossing (A BRT (Bus Rapid Transport) Project which is part of the Riyadh
Metro Bus Projects. \[Client: ROYAL COMMISSION OF RIYADH CITY (RCRC), Main Contractor: Saudi
Constructioneers Ltd.\]
3. MAKKAH ITS (An Intelligent Transport System (ITS) Project in Makkah City which is part of Bus
Network Civil Infrastructure works. \[Client: MAKKAH METRO RAIL TRANSIT COMPANY (MMRTC), Main
Contractor: Al Ayuni Contracting Company\]
 Preparing schedule updates, forecast to complete, planning, costing and budgeting throughout a project
cycle.
 Preparing monthly Financial and management reports to critically analyse the progress of the project.
 Making various monthly feasibility reports on ad hoc basis over the project’s life.
 Preparing budgets in coordination with engineering and technical team members.
 Detailed commentary on management accounts comparing to budget, Cash Flow Forecast etc.
 Giving Inputs and reviewing Invoicing to the client and keeping track of the progress billings.
 Reviewing payments to project suppliers and managing the inventory and its schedules.
 Supervising the Cost Control function during design and construction stages of assigned projects.
 Analysing different new projects using financial modelling technique. Preparing proposals, cost reporting,
bills of quantities, and tender documents to give an overview over the project.
 Monitor Labour and Non‐Labour Costs during project execution.
 Maintenance of the finance database and ensuring its accuracy and integrity

 Reporting directly to the Finance Director of Fawaz Al Hokair.
 Supervision of a team of 7 employees in Accounts Payable department ensuring the smooth running of the department
 Ensuring smooth processing of payments totalling to around 2 Billion Saudi Riyals per annum.
 Communicating with more than 70 International Brand Partners all across the world and resolving their queries related to Accounts Payable/Receivable department.
 Also managing more than 300 Local Supplier within the Kingdom and making sure their payments and accounts are up to date.
 Currently working in Oracle on EBS, ERP Base, Retak Invoice Matching modules.
 Preparing and providing Financial Reports related to Accounts payable, Accruals, Prepayments and more from the GL to further assist the Management in Decision making.
 Managing the reconciliation process for both the International Brands and Local suppliers and making sure that it is up to date as it is the most essential part of Accounts payable department.
 Overseeing the booking of invoices and making sure they are charged properly according to the accounting policies
 Computing of withholding tax (WHT) for International brands and remitting to Saudi Tax & Zakat authorities.
 Working closely with the merchandising department to ensure proper purchase order are in place to ensure the payment made coincides with that of orders placed
 Preparing payments analysis reports and ensuring month end closing of the AP department.
 Handling Internal Audit within the company
 Also handling and liaising with the company’s External Auditors

- Was responsible for handling accounts under a Finance Director.
- Keeping companys accounts up to date which involved recording of data using SAGE software.
- Preparing for year-end audit including preparation of periodic financial statements and liaising with companys auditors.
- Preparing other financial reports to help senior management in decision making including cash budgets and projected cash flow statements.
- Preparing management reports such as the costing spreadsheets etc.
- Performed bank and other reconciliation procedures on monthly basis.
- Preparing monthly payroll of more than 200 staff including liaising with HMRC on P.A.Y.E and N.I. issues.
- Training of apprentices and new staff were also one of my main duties.
- Worked on a potential acquisition of a SME training provider in order to expand.
- Provide input to senior management regarding solution options with costs and risks involved within the company.
- The new potential sites and their leasing were also part of my duties
- TLE Ltd also has a sister company TLE Training Ltd whose entire operations were handled by me.

- Managed the Accounts for Home fixtures and fittings company
- The company was amongst 4 nominated for Best Kitchen Designers for the year 2007 by KBB UK.
- Worked as an accountant using Quick Book software for general Bookkeeping accounting.
