- Team - Built and managed a team of 13 incredible L&D specialists from North and South India.

- Training - Successfully handled all training and delivery related activities in the organization, content development and strategic training. Prepared the L&D specialists to deliver these training modules across all departments. Developed interactive learning strategies for the delivery personnels and set a benchmark they must achieve to attain excellent customer satisfaction experience.

- Organizational Development - Identified inter-departmental training needs, liaised with all the managers, and bridged any training gaps. Evaluated the organizational training needs and developed various training plans to help the employees make the most of learning opportunities.

- Project EduEgypt - I was invited to be part of project EduEgypt in 2008, a new initiation by the Government of Egypt to prepare the young applicants from Egypt in setting up a customer service base for Etisalat - their official telecom service provider. The 3-month Train the Trainer program resulted in a 100% success rate with 17 trainers clearing their assessments and securing the Trainer’s certificate under my lead.

- Barclays Bank - Trained the employees of Barclays Bank, in the Philippines in 2008. The training included accent neutralization, negotiation skills, business writing and effective speaking skills, customer service and cross-culture.
