As a UX Strategist, I focus on advancing digital twin platforms for an immersive user experience across desktop, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mobile viewports. Collaborating closely with product managers, researchers and end users, I play a pivotal role in translating client visions into user-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities:
• In coordination with the Government Social Media Manager, conduct a
thorough communications audit and analysis of current social media program, platforms, and marketing to ensure the social media program is current, creative, effective and reaches target audiences.
• In coordination with the Government Social Media Manager, develop and manage Military Health System (MHS) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) current accounts on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Develop graphics as needed for messages and content for YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

I lead stakeholder interviews, user interviews and created personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to deliver MVP and long term products to government clients. I also designed infographics used for usability test reports, visualize user survey results, and competitor analysis reports.

I transformed raw and complex data gathered by researchers, linguists, and analysts into aesthetically pleasing artifacts. Created images and infographics to convey the company’s overall brand message.
