Working as OMCR Engineer in ZTE on Telenor Swap Project. I am working on NetNumen (EMS) of ZTE. My Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Working on telenor Swap Sites.
• KPI Monitoring and Reporting.
• Configuration of Sites for Clusters to be swapped
• Download and Activate Software/ Version on Swap Sites
• Tagging of Swap Sites in Both OMMB and OMMR in NetNumen
• Creating IP Channel Detection Task for Swap Sites
• Export Configuration File of ZTE BSC from OMMR
• Check TCH Traffic on all BSC and Escalate traffic status
• Monitoring of Sites for Outages and Service Affecting Alarms
• Making of Daily Alarms Report
• Check the Visibility of sites to be swap from Swap Room
• Remotely Access BTS and Open Rack Diagram in NetNumen
• View Active Alarms on different Cards and Modules of Rack
• Reset Site/ Sectors or any Card of site
• Checking VSWR values on each sector
• Export and Modify Data File/ MO File of Site
• Export Inventory /Dump File of ZTE BSC
• Configuring Different Boards such as SA, SE and W301 Cards on Site
• Configuring External and Internal Alarms on Site and also verify alarms
• Change the Polarity of any alarm on SA and SE card
• Check different TRX Operation Result and Identify faulty TRX
• Check The Voice and Data Traffic on different Sector of site
• Check The Traffic on a single Time Slot (TS)
• Export Active and History Alarm of Site
• Creating Query Templates for KPI Monitoring
