Electrical Isolations and LOTO, Understand PTW procedure.
Preventive Maintenance of( LV, MV, HV Motors)or( LV, MV, HV Circuit Breakers) and Protection systems
Installation Maintenance and troubleshooting
Having experience of PM ACB, VCB, SF6 Breakers, Protection relays
Routine inspection of switchgear and system.
Erection and Commissioning of new machines
PLC Faults and Troubleshooting(SIEMENS, ABB, OMRON, MITSUBISHI)
Worked at proximity switch Ac/Dc and Limit switch, Sensors, sov, Actuator Motors
Troubleshooting of Single Phase & Three phase Motors and circuits
Having experience of Electrical Panels, Star Delta Panels, control Circuits Panels
Having experience in VFD(ABB, MITSUBI, Omron, Yaskava)
Single phase &Three Phase Industrial wiring
Electrical Faults Troubleshooting & Diagnosing by Using Testing Equipments & Drawing
preventive, Corrective, Breakdown & Predictive Electrical Plant Maintenance.
Knowledge of DOL (Direct online circuit), Reverse-Forward, Star-Delta Induction Motor starting circuits.
Rewiring the Control & Power faulty circuits according to Drawing & Regulations.
Ability to Read Schematic Drawings of Control and Power System.
Inspect & Replacement the faulted Components like VFD, Magnetic Contactors,
Relays, Switches, Encoaders, Breakers, Solenoid Coils, Motors & other Electrical Switchgear.
Troubleshooting of, Proximity Switches, Photocell, limitswitches, Solenoid Valves, Magnetic
Contactors, Relays, Moter control Circuit with Relay Logic With PLC Control, Frequency Inverter.
Troubleshoot, Diagnose & Analyze of Hydraulic & Pneumatic System linked with Electrical Syst.
