Managed and lead complex, multi-faceted projects and grow customer relationships at all levels with the client organization.

Presales and post sales meetings with customers to understand their needs and to interface existing client network with Mobilink network.
Providing Level 3 support to Operations and maintenance team
Testing of new equipment from different vendors before implementation over customer network
Designing and implementation of Auto Failover solution (Auto Traffic shifting from primary media to secondary media in case of failure of primary link) via BGP, and GRE tunnels.
Inter departmental Coordination/meetings for customer WAN network designing and implementation as per customer need.
