• Handling Customer related escalations, Compliance, and feedback of QoS related notices
• Responsible for KPIs target achievement, Acceptance & exclusions towards Internal & External Senior Management on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis
• Nationwide delivery while enabling & interfacing with HQ/Regional Teams for project deliverable.
• Ensuring Planning & Smooth Execution of Special Management Assignments according to agreed timelines/PIP
• Creating High level view/Dashboards using Power Bi for customers

• Responsible for Zone/Cluster level KPIs Degradation and Performance.
• Managing team & assigning them with tasks
• Developing Power BI and Excel reports
• QA before moving into Production.
• Writing SQL queries & Creating underlying Views as per businesses Need
• Performance tuning of reports both on DB & Power BI Side
• Implementation of Organizational level Row Level security
• Fixing & Monitoring ETL jobs + Data Validation from source to destination
• Clearing bugs
