As a dedicated professional, I efficiently assisted the sales team in daily order execution, ensuring smooth coordination with customers. This involved meticulously preparing delivery orders and processing commercial invoices, shipping, and transportation documents in strict adherence to delivery notes. Additionally, I meticulously managed all back-office documentation crucial for order shipment execution, maintaining an unwavering focus on accuracy. Addressing customer complaints and providing comprehensive after-sales support were integral aspects of my role, contributing to sustained customer satisfaction. In tandem, I effectively coordinated the sales team's activities, managing schedules, organizing vital documents, and facilitating seamless communication of relevant information. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in supporting Branch and Sales Managers in monitoring branch performance by compiling data on sales team activities and product performance, while ensuring the meticulous maintenance of the customer database in CRM software. My efforts also extended to facilitating timely deliveries of customer units and acting as a liaison officer between the sales team, operations, and finance departments, fostering collaborative synergy across departments to achieve overarching organizational objectives.
• Admin/Cash Office Function: Ensure to assist the staff in cash/Admin office to carry out the day to day activities and all procedures are followed so as to minimize the risk of loss, for the company
• Reconciliation: Ensure to carry out all cash/credit card reconciliation and post entries into system and collections are banked on a daily basis
• Inventory Reports: All the inventory reports for the store needs to be monitored on daily/weekly basis and make sure the corrective actions are done on time
• Archiving of Documents: Ensure that all in-store documents \[Admin/cash office/Inventory etc.\] are archived properly to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary.
• Internal/External Audit: Ensure that sufficient co-operation is extended to all internal/external auditors to assist completion of the audit.
In my role overseeing Admin functions, I ensured smooth day-to-day operations while minimizing the risk of loss by implementing rigorous procedures. In addition to managing cash and credit card reconciliation and banking collections daily, I also oversaw the "Lost and Found" activity for the material store, ensuring proper handling of lost items and make sure to return it to owner. I monitored inventory reports, promptly addressing discrepancies and managing stock damages as they arose. Additionally, I maintained meticulous archiving of in-store documents for easy retrieval and facilitated internal/external audits by providing necessary support and cooperation to auditors, ensuring compliance with company standards. My experience in inventory handling further bolstered my ability to contribute effectively to the operational efficiency of the organization.
