Determine customer needs and communicate these to the Service Shop to Fix-It-Right the First-Time and deliver vehicle on time.
Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer needs and accurate repair order preparation.
Utilize the service appointment system to maximize the Facility and manpower capacity
Provide clear cost estimates and keep customer informed of work progress. Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of any changes to cost or completion times.
Communicate honestly and objectively with management, field associates, and dealership personnel as it relates to the processing of warranty claims for the department
Ensures all administrative functions within the warranty department are carried out in accordance with company policy.
Greet customers, Listen VOC, ask Question, Analyze customer needs and advise to customer.
Technically analyze individual claims for conditions that would indicate a warrantable failure and proper repair.
Participate in returned warranty parts review meetings with quality engineering group.
Formulation of Technical Reports as repair process.
Keeping record financially of all settle and un-settle claims and continuously follow-up to Vendors.
Communicate honestly and objectively with management, field associates, and dealership personnel as it relates to the processing of warranty claims for the department
Ensures all administrative functions within the warranty department are carried out in accordance with company policy.
