•Worked with JIRA and Microsoft Planner tool to assign, track defects and resolution.

•Use SQL to get data from database which helps to improve data quality and get updated. Also help in removing raw data from backend.

•Preparing reports for the leaderships that efectively communicate patterns, trends, and predicting, by analyzing relevant data.
•Power BI visualization dashboard to show the records.
