SCOPE OF PROJECT
Plant Maintenance Module Implementation/Running & Maintenance Planning in Yasref Refinery. The objective of the Plant Maintenance Module is to construct the logical data structure for the Yasref Refinery plants with technical objects attached within an organization in the logistic chain of the SAP system for maintenance processing. PM Module shall consist of a built organized data structure for effective maintenance with an interaction with other departments & resources with essential technical support from Master Data Development Team to create the master data and upload to the SAP system.
MAJOR TASKS DURING PROJECT:
•My main function is to create an equipment and asset data package to manage the hard copy review, data processing, and then after approval upload and team lead the group of cataloguers to catalogue all equipment’s and eventual give that data as Per SAP template to the team of people responsible for SAP PM Implementation for upload in SAP.
•Creation of Functional Locations within the refinery plant to 4 levels based on Process, Sub Processes, Major Equipment and/or Physical Areas.
•Identification and representation of individual physical object such as an equipment’s and associated devices or sub equipment. Objects with predefined maintenance planner group, maintenance plant, and maintenance work center and cost center will be attached to it.
•Map Bill of Material which BOM to the technical object in support of maintenance.
•Identification of Equipment Maintenance Task List, Maintenance Plans with materials and maintenance procedures in support of preventive/corrective maintenance
•Developing the classes and characteristics load for equipment and MRO Materials. Developed the Catalog Codes, Code Groups and Catalog Profiles for the PM group.
•Generating Task List load data and Maintenance Plan data.
•Providing input to the team on Maintenance Planning, Order processing, Master data creation and maintenance and configuration.
•Providing technical and functional support in migration of Plant Maintenance data for YASREF.
•Collecting the missing information from Suppliers (OEM & OPM).
IMPLEMENTATION OF ABOVE SPECIFIED TASKS
Functional Location Data Processing
•Responsible for completing detailed review of technical documents, identified the process and functional location battery limits to be used to develop the plant hierarchy.
•Responsible for Defining Yasref level 1 and level 2 functional locations for the Yasref Plant, Primary Processes i.e. Coker Unit, DCU, Hydrocracker, Gasoline Complex and Utilities.
•Responsible for Defining Yasref level 3 as Secondary Process or Plants, and Yasref level 4 as Secondary Process, Operating Areas within the plant and Major Equipment.
•Then this data development of Functional Locations levels 1 to 4 successfully reviewed and approved by Operations, Plant Maintenance and Engineering.
Equipment Data Processing
•Responsible for developing equipment data structure on the basis of the Process Flow Diagrams PFD, Piping and Instrument Diagrams P&ID.
•Used Meridium codes to facilitate the downstream Asset and Equipment Performance and Reliability analysis.
•Responsible for the equipment structure data based on the drawing review and use the Pilog preparatory software to develop the SAP required data.
•The final equipment master data deliverable to the SAP environment included Cost Center, Planner Group, Work Center and other fields specified by the SAP PM Data requirements.
Bill of Material Data Processing
•Pilog MM Team is responsible for the creation of materials \[spare part\] data using the Pilog Cataloging process and this provides feedstock data for the linkage to the equipment tag numbers to form the Bill of Materials.
Task List Data Processing
•With collaboration with PM worked on equipment task BOM’s.
•Responsible for Defining a standard maintenance task to be performed by PM includes

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conducted regular inspection and tests to ensure the performance capacity of various machines and equipments. Assist in the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown / preventive / corrective / routine maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum
2. Evaluating the machine conditions and proposing viable solutions for the maintenance and inventory management.
3. Preparing the daily status reports to be submitted to the senior management.
4. Supervision of erection and assistance in commissioning of plant. Coordination with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants and Vendors.
5.Handling the in-situ balancing of the rotary equipment's.
6.Carrying out the alignment for the shaft and pulley.
7.Maintenance of Different Equipment Like, :
Material Handling Equipments: Belt conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Screw conveyors, Air slides, Truck unloader, Bag filters, etc
