Brief Job Description: GENERAL ACCOUNTING FUCTION

• To ensure accuracy and authentication of fixed and temporary advance and making deduction. To ensure accuracy of attendance of salaried person and making salary accordingly. To ensure approval and prepare salary vouchers of all employees.
CAPITAL & REVENUE EXPENDUTURE
Capitalization of fixed assets and recording of revenue expenditure. Maintenance of fixed assets registers and maintains, monitor and reconcile the assets account. Opening of suppliers account and their profile through Power HMS
