• Responsible for managing and retaining strategic accounts of the Middle East and North Africa region including clients in legal, advertising, healthcare and hospitality sector.
• Manage all aspects of communication for the above mentioned clients. This includes meetings, conference calls, and email communication in regards to their new or existing projects with the organization.
• Manage and lead regional business development activities to generate new revenue streams for the organization in the entire MENA Region.
• Understanding the capability, benefits, and competitive advantages of the firm’s services by identifying new business through research.
• Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns in the region.
• Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of the firm’s client management framework.
• Serve as the key point of support on all business development, marketing opportunities and issues for the MENA Region.
• To respond to Request for Proposals (RFP’s), RFI’s and RFQ’s on time and be responsible to negotiate and close deals and to assist or ensure payments with respect to invoices are collected in time from clients.
• Responsible for drafting pitches, proposals and capability statements when bidding on new business opportunities.
