Project Scope: -
I. Earth Work, Utilities (Primary Sub Station, MV, HV), Telecommunication, CCTV,
Sewerage, Stormwater, Infrastructure, Roads, Irrigation Lines, Underground
Tanks& pumproom
II. Recreation Park, Hard and soft Landscape, Cycle and jogging Tracks
III. Hotel, KIOSK, Food Hub Buildings (Steel Structure & RCC Frame Structure)
• Ensure the Contractor's compliance with the Contract Documents.
• Inspect all workmanship and material.
• Coordinate the supply of vertical and horizontal controls for the Contractor.
• Make layout checks on lines and grades.
• Coordination with other Contractors.
• Maintain all file records on designated forms. These records include all reports on workforce, equipment, progress, safety, etc.
• Review and approve the Contractor's shop drawings.
• To ensure that the Contractor is not relieved of his responsibilities without the Client's authorization.
• Check personnel, equipment, and material costs for all Variation Orders and Change Orders required under the terms of the Contract.
• Preparation of the Monthly Report.
• Site Safety Monitoring wherein the monitoring activities, meetings, reviews, safety violations, rectification measures, and accident reports are included in the Monthly Progress Report.
• Inspect safety conditions and inform the Contractor of construction safety violations and follow-up action to be taken.
• Attending all meetings and preparing written minutes for distribution.
• Review correspondence and prepare responses for signature.
• Review, update, monitor, and report on the Contractor's work schedules.
• Monitor and report on the progress of scheduled utility relocation work.
• Provide all photographs before, during, and after construction necessary to provide adequate documentation of changes in site and adjacent structures.
• Review and approve the Contractor's plans for the protection of existing buildings and structures.
• Review all construction activities regarding compliance with local trafic ordinances and public convenience.
• Receive and review complaints and claims of damage and expedite the Contractor's investigation into these complaints and damage claims.
• Approve all restoration or final clean-up work.
• Coordination with other Contractors, Departments and Agencies.
• Check and approve "as-built" drawings submitted by the Contractor and maintain a status log.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

•PROVISION OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING (EPCC) OF GARRAF CENTRAL CONTROL BUILDING (GCCB) FOR PETRONAS CARIGALI IRAQ HOLDING B.V.

Responsibilities:
•Plan and assist in monitoring all outsourced functions and act as a liaison between the project manager and client, consultant ... related to project design, construction, and facilities management.
•Assist the Project Manager in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project with full duties related to Earthworks, Dewatering works & Road’s diversion.
•Responsible for technical correspondences.
•Ensure adherence of third parties and contractors to agree-upon standards, specifications etc...
•Technical supervision of the execution of work and follow up with site engineers and surveyors.

Responsibilities:
•Exercising full control over the workforce at site. Provision of labor requirement for the next fortnight activities at least one week earlier.
•Materials arrangement and forwarding the request to the Technical Department between 20-25 of the month.
•Review the contract and specifications of the project and understand the contractor’s liabilities and risks.
•Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with contract drawings and specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
•Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
•Attending site coordination meeting with Client and Consultant.
•Joint site inspection with consultant prior to the start and after completion of each activity.
•During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget, and safety. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance. Inform management of productivity, costs, quality control, document management and processing of applications for payment. Notify management of any issues that arise which affects quality, budget, progress, and safety.

Project : Construction of Buji Hydro Power Dam Project
Client : Water and Power Authority (WAPADA)
Responsibilities:
•Assisting the Project Manager in the management and administration of various construction contract packages.
• Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawings, technical specifications etc.; ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality of materials & workmanship.
• Checking, recording, and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor.
•Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with.
• Review, comment and make recommendations on the construction methodology, working drawings, equipment submittals, and other construction-related work.
•Inspect regularly, including sample testing where required, materials and workmanship to ensure that the works are being carried out in compliance with the terms and conditions of the relevant Contract Documents.
•Maintain the Site Diary of all relevant activities. Maintain a document control system for all site memos and instructions, quantities of work and materials on site, reports and other documents pertaining to the construction activities
•Prepare and submit to the Engineer snagging list for remaining and remedial works at Taking Over, for completion during the Defect Notification Period. Assist the Engineer with arrangements for hand-over of the completed facilities to the Entity for Operation and Maintenance.
