Committed to adopting best practices by providing professional Training and Consultancy Services to educational and corporate organisations.
Key project experience includes the development and implementation of ISO Non-formal Education and Learning Services Standards within the Learning and Development Department of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), as well as the successful implementation of the same standards within the Learning and Development Department of Dubai Electric and Water Authority (DEWA). Additional ISO Standards implementation projects were successfully delivered for the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), and various other organisations across the UAE.
Serving as an ISO Management Consultant and Learning & Development Specialist, the core focus is on supporting organisations in implementing internationally recognised ISO standards related to Technical and Vocational Education — enabling them to elevate the quality of their learning services and achieve measurable improvements in organisational performance.

Served as Quality Manager at Infinity School of Engineering — Pakistan's pioneer ISO-certified educational institute — where I successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System covering the Design, Delivery, Evaluation, Assessment, and Management of Learning Services.

Developed and implemented Quality Management Systems in alignment with internationally recognised ISO standards for Educational Organisations, covering Business Plans, Policies and SOPs, Job Descriptions, Formats, and Quality Manuals
Ensured ongoing compliance of the Quality Management System with relevant ISO standard requirements
Identified non-conformities and initiated appropriate corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence
Collected and analysed feedback and surveys from all key stakeholders, including learners, staff, employers, and sponsors
