It is Management Company of Mall Of Lahore, one of the best residential and commercial malls in subcontinent of its
own kind. It has 60 residential apartments, 30 Offices & above 200 shops occupied by leading national and international
brands.

• Sunset Boulevard Restaurant.
Sunset is a chain of restaurants operating in different cities providing quality continental, Arabian, Chinese and desi foods to residents and general masses.

• Green Valley Premium Supermarket (Pvt.) Ltd.
Green valley is a FMCG Company managing chain of supermarkets in major cities of Pakistan. With having footfall of more than one thousand daily, it provides imported and local products to consumers.

• Bahria Grand Hotel.
Bahria grand provides hospitality and event management services to residents of Bahria Town and general masses.

• Sheraton Golf City Resorts. (project in process)
Sheraton Golf City Resort will be the first internationally-branded golf resort in Pakistan and will comprise a 372-room
luxury hotel that includes serviced villas as well.

• Kingcrete Aviation
It manages operations of group owned aircraft "Hawker 400" which is used for business and commercial purposes.

• Begum Akhter Rukhsana Memorial Trust.
It is welfare project of Bahria Town. It has food outlet in different cities of Pakistan providing quality food to general
mass (6, 000 Person) twice a day free of cost.

Duties and Responsibilities in the Group:
REPORTING FUNCTION: • Frequent preparation of Management Reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly half yearly and annual basis.
• Management reports on following
• Sales/Accounts Receivables
o Sales during the reporting period, representing, geographical segment, payment mode (cash/credit),
units and product category.
o Aging of account receivables, due/overdue, defaulters and offering discounts for early settlements
• Accounts Payables/Purchases
o Purchases for the reporting period representing local, imported, payment ---mode (cash/credit) and product range.
o Aging of accounts payables and payments made during the period
• Inventory
o Value of stock, fast moving, slow moving, perishable representing category, subcategory and expiry
• Working Capital

o Fund position, Funds projections
• Special Reports on
o Fixed Assets, Payroll, Advances, deposits and prepayments, Insurance of assets.
o Fixed Cost, Overheads, Admin and selling expenses.
• Preparing annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Ensuring any variations to budgets and forecasts are explained in management reports, including any future /
potential exposures to the organization.
• Vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements.
• Ensuring approved capital expenditure budgets are adhered to at all times.
• Collecting all relevant information to produce end of year statutory accounts for the company.
• Ensure that end of year statutory accounts report is finalized by specified date and presented to Directors for review.
• On an annual basis prepare "budget reports" for review by Directors.

FINANCE FUNCTION: • Managing Working Capital on daily Basis, Provide management with daily Available Cash / Fund Report
including last financial activities of last working day,
• Tracking & monitoring account receivables/payables on monthly basis.
• Managing working capital for the Daily Cash needs to avoid overdraft facility & investing surplus funds, if any,
• Negotiation with Financial Institutions and International Suppliers to keep the Finance Costs for Imports at the optimized level, including availing LC facility,
• Negotiation with Financial Institutions on Bank Guarantee, Short term Financing, Leasing, Insurance, Short Term
investments,
• Ensuring the policies and procedures are being followed,
• Monitoring of revenue for accuracy and ensuring it is allocated correctly
• Preparation of feasibility studied for different projects to evaluate investment options for optimization utilization of funds.
• Evaluation of investment options against company IRR.
• Analyzing business performance / results, providing feedback to Senior Management.
• Recording of foreign exchange translational & transactional differences in financial statements.
• Negotiation of rates for print and electronic media advertisements
• Ensuring monthly accruals are adjusted to meet demands of the business.
• Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Dept.
• Ensuring the monthly reconciliation of all ledgers and sub-ledgers

ACCOUNTS FUNCTION: • Preparation of Periodical Financial Statement (Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet, Notes to the Accounts, Cash
flow Statements & Statements of Changes in Equity) in Compliance to IFRS (International Financial Reporting
Standards),
• Analyzing and preparation of Budgets and projected accounts with the projected cash flows,
• Supervision of Accounts Department & Reporting to Directly Board of Directors,
• Preparation and maintenance of "Chart Of Account" updated to reflect financial activities,
• Financial Risk Assessment posing to the Organization, Implementation of Internal Controls to keep Risk at acceptable level,
• Maintaining integrity of Accounting system, ensuring it remains effective and operational at all times,
• Adoption of accounting principles specifically for the needs of the Financial Reporting Framework,
• Providing valuable inputs for the Development Accounting Software for the Organizations,
• Ensuring proper allocation of costs to different projects on the basis of approved basis respectively,
• Ensuring e effective management, monitoring and tracking of company assets/properties other business entities,
reporting status as needs basis
• Ensure Reconciliations for Banks, Parties Payable & Receivables, Head Office, Sister Concerns etc
• Arranging annual audit of companies,
• Ensuring compliance with relevant Accounting Standards, Companies Ordinance 1984 and other applicable local
laws.
• Capital expenditure analysis, working capital analysis, other management reports and budgets.
• Negotiation with foreign consultants/contractors engaged on different projects of the companies.

• Development and enforcement of financial controls.
• Supervision of preparation, issuance and recording of monthly billings to residents and tenants against maintenance charges, electricity & HVAC.
