• Ensure healthy and robust relations are maintained between management and the Staff representatives and to ensure the representation of the staff in the key decision holders.
• Manage Payroll system for timely payroll payment every month including final settlement and staff separation system in accordance with Pakistan Law.
• Ensure HR online, PSHR systems are up to date and working efficiently to support HR systems.
• Implement pay and reward policies as per Fabro International and local law and ensure required compliance. Handle all HR audit - both internal and external.
• Conduct Annual Pay Review as per Fabro guidelines in coordination with the OI Rewards Adviser.
• Ensure all staff - national and international are covered with required insurance schemes.
