My main job responsibilities include:
- Managing the pre-sales activities related to networks and telecom business unit.
- Major products include Cisco, Huawei, APC and Vivanco.
- Meeting with clients to understand the requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Presenting the designed solutions to clients' higher management and key decision makers.
- Working in close coordination with the sales team to drive the opportunities towards closure.
- Optimizing costs of the proposed solutions to meet budgetary requirements of the clients.
- Organizing demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to educate clients.
- Coordinating with principal account managers and system engineers.
- Overseeing project deployments and ensuring the primary project objectives are met.
My main job responsibilities included:
- Working in the post-sales implementation and support team to provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Part of the implementation team and ensuring the project is implemented as per the expectation of client and according to the design document.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, security, wireless and IPT devices.
