Currently working with HASHOO Group as a Coordination Engineer on 3 x under construction 4* Hotels. My core responsibilities are Coordination, Execution & Procurement. A brief description of my role as a coordination engineer is as follow:

• Taking care of all projects incl. Shop Drawings, Submittal reviews, Estimation, Procurement and to lead the junior staff
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Manage the triangle between the Client, Consultant and Contractor
• Review of IPC Bills
• Compilation of the initial documentation of projects, track project’s progress and create comprehensive project documentation & reports including Comparative Statements, Bid Evaluation Reports, Weekly & Monthly Progress updates, project records
• Technical assistance to Procurement Department by preparation of technical scoring sheets for major electrical equipment
• Monitor, review and instruct contractor to carry out the work according to the project specifications, approved drawings and to the approved construction method statements
• Maintenance and up gradation works of existing properties
• Supervised cable testing and fluke tests for data & networking cables
• Perform random site visits to counter check the actual activities at site

• To assure the quality and standard as per the SOP’s of the organization
• To monitor, review and instruct subcontractor to carry out the work according to the project specifications, approved drawings and to the approved construction method statements
• Preparation of defect list/punch list, follow up punch closing with contractor
• Dealing & Coordination with clients and contractors
• Management of site including all electrical installations
• To attend weekly coordination meetings with client

• Being part of design team, designed LV drawings including CCTV, Fire alarm system, MATV system and other drawings based on project specifications
• Review of Drawings, design and specifications
• Load calculations for residential and commercial projects
• Verifying electrical Power & Lighting Layouts and generating BOQ’s
• Site visits as an electrical site inspector

Research Project is carried out on power management &distribution entitled as
“SMART GRID CONTROL by USING SCADA”
“The power which is delivered to the consumers is in less quantity as compared to the production. In our recent
project, SCADA is implemented to deliver electricity efficiently. To achieve that goal, a geographical area is divided
in to three cities and these cities are further divided in four sectors. All the sectors are connected with the main station
via Wireless network and are controlled by the main station using GUI.”
