• RAN rollout of more than 2500 sites in 3 years.
• Access and core transmission implementation including
a. DWDM core transmission in major cities
b. Transmission rings for access backbone.
c. Hybrid rings composed of OF and MW spurs acting as a ring with SNCP
• Implementation of various non-projected strategic plans, such as CME works for transmission and BSS nodes, preparation of colos with incumbent landline operator, IT bandwidth provisioning, sites on COWs (Cell On Wheels) etc.
• PTCL media surrendering of more than 1000 E1s, thereby saving Warid millions of dollars in opex.
• DPLC provisioning for remote areas, where Warid backhaul is not available.
• Ensuring rollout targets are met. For three months on a trot, my team maintained a rollout of 300 plus sites per month which is a national record.
• Team building in three Regions and ensuring their performance as a team to achieve rollout targets.
• Vendor management.
• Preparation and finalization of RFPs for various projects.
• Initiatives and implementation of in-house activities, thereby saving more than 0.5 million USD for Warid in 2 years.
