• To produce letters of employment, schedule of employment and job profiles when requested
• Request employment references & ensure that satisfactory references are obtained
• Administrating and liaising with recruitment agencies when arranging interviews and sourcing candidates
• Inform department heads about employees reaching the age of retirement and assist in making plans to replace all such retiring employees
• Constantly evaluating the current SOP’s and suggesting changes to meet the dynamic requirements
• Assist in the set-up of new offices in the region (when required). Provide training to the admins from other departments / locations on HR processes
• Update the system with departmental transfers and personnel changes e.g. marital status, number of children, qualifications, trainings completed; and sharing the information with HR for Personnel file updates
• Identify, recommend and implement new ways to increase performance while being cost efficient
• Develops cost effective advertising plans, not limited to print advertising, to facilitate specific needs
(Responsible for recruiting & training 350 staff members)
• Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns
• Screen applications for relevant experience and credentials in accordance with advertised requirements
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
• Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
• Analyzing market trends and make recommendation for salary changes, as per the approved budget
• Reviews all background check/information for completeness, accuracy and appropriateness for candidates
• To assist the management in identifying Manpower requirements and getting the budget approved
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Ensure that the vacant units are prepared in shortest possible time, inspect to ensure the completion of the works and advise the leasing of the flats ready for occupancy
• Conduct initial phone screening and complete candidate evaluation
• Manage Expat recruitment cycle and maintain a strong database
• Review CVs obtained through the various publication channels and select suitable candidates
• Provide good quality of customer service and take an active role in the tenant retention program
• Prepare salary or employment certificates for employees in order to enable them to complete formalities and documentation needed by Banks, Embassies or Ministry of Labor
