* Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the proper Sales Representative.
* Manage sales files (Commercial/Industrial) according to company policy
* Prepare Target Vs Achievement report from Primary and Secondary Sales.
* Manage day-to-day Sales Operations with strong and swift monitoring.
* Prepare and maintain Distribution Sales Force’s Achievements against the target.
* Prepare and monitor PJP into and from the computer system.
* Prepare Sales History Primary and Secondary.
* Check monthly Sales Representative’s claims against their expenses during the month.
* Maintain day-to-day attendance status of field force staff.
* Check and audit monthly expenses of Regional Offices expenses.
* Check monthly field force staff expenses.
* Check Ledger of Parties. & Check Credit Notes.
* Check Infrastructure Claims. & Check field force staff incentives.
* Make certain that competent DSFs are recruited and retained; prepare database of its record.
* Monitor Trade Offers.
* Maintain all necessary record of approvals and others relative to responsibilities.
* Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
