• Sell DIB`s Products to the target segment and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Identify potential customers by referring customer contact databases CRM or by following up on the leads referred by Customers / Personal contacts.
• Maintain effective business relationship with clients to enhance/ maintain the DIB Brand name.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information, DIB`s information at all times while communicating.
• Obtain and compile applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options (Funded & Non Funded) that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
• Banca Takaful. (PQFTL & EFU)
• Autos / Home Finance.
• Account Opening & Customer Service.
