Responsible to obtained Final approval by the Resident Engineer (RE) and Consultant Inspectors of mockups Prior to starting cast-in-place concrete, reinforcement, Grouting work, PCC for Apron, Asphalt or any activity.
Assist the QA/QC Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality control procedures, documentation and records as required by Quality Management System (QMS) ISO-9000/ISO- 9001: 2015.
Performed pre-inspection as per applicable codes ACI-345R-91. Reviewed, Evaluates and ensured that the independent testing agency qualified according to ASTM C 1077 and ASTM E 329 to conduct the testing indicated, as documented according to ASTM E 548. Coordinate with TPIA/Independent 3rd parties Agency for the activities require witnessed testing i.e. Stressing Operation, Plate Load Test, Pot bearings Proof load and other Lab tests.

Testing Civil material Such as Soil, Asphalt and raw material for concrete batching plant (Cement, Aggregates, Admixtures, etc.) curing agent, concrete protection coating, concrete repair, as per international quality standards like AASHTO, ASTM, BS EN and ISO 9000. Inspection of Taxiways, elevated structure/Bridge construction and car parking. Utilities works inspection and infrastructure design review Including potable water, Storm water drainage, sewer, fuel, and chilled water networks. Responsible For the implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the more efficient onsite construction work.
