Added enhancements / new features into SBS (Sales Booking System) based on new business requirements.

 Employee Performance Appraisal System.
Worked on a software application to automate employee’s appraisal process. Employees can login to the applications to define their objectives. The objectives are then analyzed by the supervisors for appraisals and approval / rejection is done based on the reporting structure defined against employee.

 Job Applicants Registration
Developed Candidate Registration module for assisting job applicants to apply through Company’s website providing their resume and other related information.
A separate admin module is designed for HR to search and analyze candidate’s resumes for final selection.
