Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
▪ Performing reconciliation of accounts, reimbursements of expenses occurred and maintaining financial records; working on
quarterly VAT Return and submitting return on time. Designing daily payment schedule and fund position summary;
performing accounting, conducting reconciliations for bank, expenses, assets and receipts; effectively maintaining financial
record and providing support to General manager for accounting operations
▪ Maintaining liaison with Ministry of Hujj and clients to upload contracts on online portal, handling TAX and Government
inquiries pertaining VAT & receivables, preparing invoices and rectifying discrepancies. Processing credit proposals of
clients according to prudential regulations, evaluating sales reports of catering, managing inventory & maintaining control
▪ Prepared financial statements, P&L account, balance sheet and annual reports for accurate financial projection and
maintained petty cash
▪ Controlling credit limits, maintaining follow up of outstanding invoices & ensuring compliance with all audit and accounting
protocols. Analyzing product trends, monitoring delivery schedule and maintaining liaison with production team in kitchen
