Shift Lead (1xSiemens SGT-800 + 1xSiemens SST-300)
•Execute commissioning activities of Gas Turbine, BOP, Water Treatment Plant, Cooling System, HRSG, Steam Turbine and Siemens T3000 Control System.
•Responsible for performing combined cycle power plant operations such as start-up and shutdown with Natural Gas and Liquid Fuel, initial operation, performance testing for client acceptance and turnover packages, according to Siemens AG quality standards.
•Ensure that all operations run smoothly and that every measure is taken to avoid plant trips which involves reacting
to real time unexpected situations.
• Establish and monitor project’s HSE Management system.
• Ensure that risks have been assessed adequately prior to commencement of activities and operations and will confirm employees have received appropriate training for the work they will execute.
• Advice, guide, and motivate staff and line management on HSE activities and related technical matters.
• Ensure that Project EHS regulations, rules, procedures and work instructions are communicated, understood and implemented by site personnel.
• Conduct EHS audits during the commissioning phase and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Consultancy during preparation of BADES Energy 200 MW 'TAHA CCPP' Due Diligence Report.
• Site visits to TAHA CCPP in Mardin which has been removed from Shotton / UK, Analyse technical problems and incomplete systems.
• Propose improvement ways in order to put the plant in service. Prepare a Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Plan and Staff requirements for the investor.

• Support commissioning activities, preparing the plant for the daily commissioning tests
