• Facilitate new hire training programs and support all on-going training initiatives.
• Implementing the company’s operations training effort via workshops, one-on-one sessions and on-the-job training.
• Conducting training by employing necessary training aids, tools and data in accordance with the company training programs, developing educational materials and manuals and providing training and support to meet all regulatory and safety compliance.
• Work actively with client vendors and management team to ensure effective implementation and communication of all training strategies and initiatives.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
• Pitching for sales and creating different approach for registration of new customers.
• Supervision of junior technical support executive and maintenance of sales record sheet.
• Analysing call logs of junior technical support executive to spot common trends and underlying problems.
• Following up on registered customers for further assistance in website development.
• Coordinating with the designing department for any necessary changes in customer’s website content and
design.
• Understanding the needs and requirements of the customer’s business and providing suggestions for website
development.
• Building up strong relation with customers for long term contract with company.
