Managing inventory movement.
• Calculating and finalizing gross margin on each SKUs.
• Taking decisions on the basis of sales report and finding the root cause of declining sales.
● Trial Balance, Income statement & Cash Flow statement.
● Monitoring the payable, receivable, Inventory, Fixed Asset, Payroll & Leasing process.
● Controlling revenue & Inventory leakage.
● Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
● Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
● Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
● Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
● Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
● Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
● Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
● Ensure the Treasury Management and Banking functions operate in accordance with legislative, regulatory and organizational requirements.
● Trial Balance, Income statement & Cash Flow statement.
● Monitoring posted journals for Monthly expenses & Income.
● Fixed asset allocation and calculating depriciation. Asset tagging and monitoring internal asset movement.
● Processing monthly Payroll, coordinating with HR and ensure monthly allowances and deductions. Reconciling monthly Accruals like leave & Ticket or Final Settlement for annual leave.
● Vat Filing as per federal tax authority of U.A.E
● Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable and preparing aging report.
● Reconciliation of Receivable & Payables with their respective statements.
● Petty cash management for day to expenses for approved bills.
● Bank Reconciliation for Receivable, Payable & Credit Card Account(Master, Visa, Amex & Union pay).
● Physical verification of Stock on weekly, monthly, and annual basis and comparing with system stock and clearing aging stock.
● Comparing budgeted costs vs actual costs.
● Monthly Preparation of Inventory, Overhead & Ingredients, sales, and purchase report.
● Controlling inventory by monitoring internal goods transfer, inter store transfer, BOM, wastage, internal Consumption & Production.
