Joined to the 236, 500, 000 USD budget project in the last quarter of the total duration which the remaining budget was 128, 721, 000 USD and the scope covers but not limited to:

• Mechanical reclamation of approximately 300, 000 m2 of uncompleted areas remaining from a total of 540 hectares over a series of islands off the coastal area by 795, 000 m3 of infill.
• Construction of Fisherman Jetty Slipway
• Mechanical construction of a 1 km. long connection causeway from existing island to shore by 140, 000 m3 of infill placement.
• Mechanical construction of 3 separate coffers to enable dry condition for culvert construction works by 74, 000 m3 of infill placement.
• Shoreline protection works for a total of 23.5 km long shoreline divided over 7 different islands which is composed by 250, 000 tons of quarry run, 340, 000 tons of secondary armor and 530, 000 of primary armor ranging from 10 kg. to 2700 kg. All revetment works were performed from the land where the depths vary from -1.0 meter to -6.5 meters.
• Construction of 4 culverts within the causeway which are 43.0m x 17.4m x 2.5m in dimension. The total scope of works include erecting formwork for 6, 330 m2, fixing 495 tons of reinforcing steel and casting 3, 500 m3 of reinforced concrete together with 12, 500 m2 of water isolation and fabricating 80 tons of stainless steel gates.
• Breakwater construction works for EWA (Electric and Water Authority) which is composed by 8, 700 tons of quarry run, 4, 460 tons of secondary armor and 1, 200 of primary armor ranging from 10 kg. to 1000 kg. Also construction and removal of a temporary access together with removal of underwater pipelines which are 525 meters long.

➢ DAMAC - Aykon Resort Island Project (Bolidhuffaru Lagoon, Male Atoll / Maldives)

22, 500, 000 USD budget project in the Maldives archipelago on the south Male Atoll which the scope covers but not limited to:

• 1, 000, 000 m3 of dredging and reclamation to develop an artificial island of 35.2 hectares on the Bolidhuffaru Reef at the Northern tip of South Male Atoll for construction of a high-end luxury resort.
• Supply and installation of 100, 000 MT of rock for the construction of groynes and revetments.
• Installation of 285, 000 m3 of beach sand and formation of 11 beaches.
• 128, 500 m3 of channel excavation with backhoe dredger.

• Impact driving of 154 pieces of Ø1320/22 and Ø1722/25 piles which vary in length from 56 m to 64 m with 2 different hydraulic impact hammers at an average water depth of 26 meters with a SEP (Self Elevating Platform).
• Static Testing of the preliminary piles for the design verification (2 numbers; 1 for compression and 1 for tension) and dynamic testing of the permanent piles by PDA for execution verification (60 numbers).
• Fabrication of precast elements for 1 Loading Platform ( 25x30m), 4 Berthing Dolphins (15x10m), 6 Mooring Dolphins (10x10m), 2 Walkway Support (6x6m) and 3 Crosshead structures for Access Steel Trestle (7x7m). These make a total of 1500 m3 concrete and 400 tons of reinforcement.
• Installation of precast elements at project location by floating equipment.

• Installation of a composite underwater pipeline which is formed by combination of 1000 meters of steel pipes and 200 meters of HDPE pipes. All installation done in marine conditions for a total of 1200 meters long discharge pipeline.
• Construction of temporary bunds at project locations for quay wall construction in dry condition.
• Excavation and earthworks for quay wall construction, utility relocating and access directing.

• 350, 000 USD budget project for removal of 3000 m3 of silt which varies from 11 to 16 meters depth including discharging to 400 meters away from the temporary bund. Dredging done by slurry dredging pump for an extreme cohesive silty clay soil.

➢ Qatar Navigation - Dredging Works Under Dry Dock (Mesaieed Industrial City / Qatar )

• 750, 000 USD budget project for removal of 12000 m3 of silt with diving teams and an in-house manufactured floating dredging pump.

➢ Al Khayyat Construction / UCC - Banana Holiday Resort Island ( Doha / Qatar )

6, 500, 000 USD budget project which is located on reclaimed Banana Island that is 35 kilometers away into the sea from Doha.

➢ Şener Arda Construction A.Ş. - SAVKA Berthing Platform for Fuel Oil Vessels ( Mersin / Turkey )

• 8, 000, 000 USD budget project for constructing the first off-shore loading platform of Turkey which is formed of 7 dolphin structures that are connected with catwalks. The scope covers but not limited to manufacturing 76 pieces of Ø1210/15 piles which are 36 m by gas metal arc welding (GMAW) automation, , fabrication of 60 tons of pile reinforcement steel cages, installation of steel cages into the piles, tremie concreting of piles, in-situ construction of the dolphin structures and construction and installation of connection catwalks between the dolphins. 25 kilometers of subsea pipeline installation by “pipe-by-pipe” technique.

➢ Şener Arda Construction A.Ş. - Kibar Holding Container Terminal Construction ( İskenderun / Turkey )

• 25, 000, 000 USD budget project (only labor, material supplied by Employer), for construction of a container terminal jetty. The scope covers but not limited to manufacturing 748 pieces of Ø914/12 piles which vary from 32 m to 48 m by gas metal arc welding (GMAW) automation, in-situ construction of the jetty structure which covers of 4500 tons rebar, 32000 m3 of concrete and 15000 m2 of formwork. Scope also includes construction of revetments, retaining walls, drinking and sewage water system, collection pits, substructure channels and concrete finishes of common fields.

• 650, 000 USD budget project to construct a flat top barge for diving operations. Total 240 tons of steel was used for 36x12x3 meter, double bottom pontoon construction.

➢ Şener Arda Construction A.Ş. - Marmaray Tuzla Construction Yard Temporary Jetty Construction ( İstanbul / Turkey )

• 2, 500, 000 USD budget project to construct 3 temporary jetties which are formed by H Beams and steel structure.
