9, 000, 000+ USD Trenching and Backfilling works for the new 14 inch trunk lines at Safaniyah Oil Field:
• Trenching of near shore seabed with land-based equipment (100 meters),
• Trenching of Off-Shore section of the trunk line for 1, 700 meters,
• Installation of silt curtains and aids to navigation,
• Backfilling works.
• Contracts management and ability to provide technical direction, assistance and corrective action to Con-tractors. Understands the Contractors’ contract and scope of work and has the ability to hold the Contractors accountable to their agreement.
• Reviews and monitors Contractors’ daily work and daily reports to ensure all information is properly recorded on daily basis.
• Coordinates project resources to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Overseeing the development of project schedules in cooperation with the project engineers and contractors.

➢ Anaklia Deep Sea Port Project (Anaklia / Georgia )
32, 000, 000+ USD project in which the scope covers but not limited to:
• Dredging and Reclamation of 4.6 million cubic meters from the port basin to the port project site and fu-ture development areas for surcharge loading of the future port in terms of soil consolidation (66 Ha.),
• Installation of 290, 000 points of Prefabricated Vertical Drains (PVD) for Soil Consolidation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Taking an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
• Performing on-site management, supervision and coordination of all self-performed and contracted work.
• Ensuring execution of field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
• Overseeing the development of project schedules in cooperation with the project engineers and contractors.
• Reviewing design scope and approach with regard to constructability and submitting recommendations for change.
• Determining manpower levels to attain schedule milestones and monitoring manpower levels and craft mixes to ensure conformance with the construction plan.
• Implementing appropriate actions to maintain maximum resource productivity and cost-effectiveness by earned value management and analysis.

Joined to the 236, 500, 000 USD budget project in the last quarter of the total duration which the remaining budget was 128, 721, 000 USD and the scope covers but not limited to:
• Mechanical reclamation of approximately 300, 000 m2 of uncompleted areas remaining from a total of 540 hectares over a series of islands off the coastal area by 795, 000 m3 of infill.
• Construction of Fisherman Jetty Slipway
• Mechanical construction of a 1 km. long connection causeway from existing island to shore by 140, 000 m3 of infill placement.
• Mechanical construction of 3 separate coffers to enable dry condition for culvert construction works by 74, 000 m3 of infill placement.
• Shoreline protection works for a total of 23.5 km long shoreline divided over 7 different islands which is composed by 250, 000 tons of quarry run, 340, 000 tons of secondary armor and 530, 000 of primary armor ranging from 10 kg. to 2700 kg. All revetment works were performed from the land where the depths vary from -1.0 meter to -6.5 meters.
• Construction of 4 culverts within the causeway which are 43.0m x 17.4m x 2.5m in dimension. The total scope of works include erecting formwork for 6, 330 m2, fixing 495 tons of reinforcing steel and casting 3, 500 m3 of reinforced concrete together with 12, 500 m2 of water isolation and fabricating 80 tons of stainless steel gates.
• Breakwater construction works for EWA (Electric and Water Authority) which is composed by 8, 700 tons of quarry run, 4, 460 tons of secondary armor and 1, 200 of primary armor ranging from 10 kg. to 1000 kg. Also construction and removal of a temporary access together with removal of underwater pipelines which are 525 meters long.
➢ DAMAC - Aykon Resort Island Project (Bolidhuffaru Lagoon, Male Atoll / Maldives)
22, 500, 000 USD budget project in the Maldives archipelago on the south Male Atoll which the scope covers but not limited to:
• 1, 000, 000 m3 of dredging and reclamation to develop an artificial island of 35.2 hectares on the Bolidhuffaru Reef at the Northern tip of South Male Atoll for construction of a high-end luxury resort.
• Supply and installation of 100, 000 MT of rock for the construction of groynes and revetments.
• Installation of 285, 000 m3 of beach sand and formation of 11 beaches.
• 128, 500 m3 of channel excavation with backhoe dredger.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing, coordinating and supervising the whole construction process starting from the design stage and execution of the construction works in line with the delivery schedule, contract specifications and conditions.
• Hands on participation and advising on all construction activities and initiatives, including managing the subcontractors, materials and equipment, schedules, documentation and contract reviewing whilst maintaining client satisfaction by implementing the international quality standards.
• Leading project staff in controlling, monitoring and inspecting the overall construction scope to ensure all work performed to the agreed standards for Project Quality, Safety, Progress and Cost Objectives, as well as to ensure all Project Documentations are properly controlled and recorded as per company requirements.
• Communicating and advising the Project Director/Manager regarding the progress, areas of concern, cost and time related matters. Contributing to the 3-weeks and 6-weeks look-ahead plans and implementing the work in agreed sequence

50, 000, 000 USD budget project in which the scope covers but not limited to:
• Impact driving of 154 pieces of Ø1320/22 and Ø1722/25 piles which vary in length from 56 m to 64 m with 2 different hydraulic impact hammers at an average water depth of 26 meters with a SEP (Self Elevating Platform).
• Static Testing of the preliminary piles for the design verification (2 numbers; 1 for compression and 1 for tension) and dynamic testing of the permanent piles by PDA for execution verification (60 numbers).
• Fabrication of precast elements for 1 Loading Platform ( 25x30m), 4 Berthing Dolphins (15x10m), 6 Mooring Dolphins (10x10m), 2 Walkway Support (6x6m) and 3 Crosshead structures for Access Steel Trestle (7x7m). These make a total of 1500 m3 concrete and 400 tons of reinforcement.
• Installation of precast elements at project location by floating equipment.
• Cast-In-situ construction of Dolphin Elements which makes a total of 3500 m3 of concrete and 600 tons of reinforcement.

AED 396, 588, 889 budget project in which the scope covers but not limited to :
• Construction of a mixing basin which is 64x80 meters in dimension and having internal separation walls for extra saline water treatment by means of 524 linear meters of vibratory driven sheet pile installation.
• Installation of a composite underwater pipeline which is formed by combination of 1000 meters of steel pipes and 200 meters of HDPE pipes. All installation done in marine conditions for a total of 1200 meters long discharge pipeline.
• Construction of temporary bunds at project locations for quay wall construction in dry condition.
• Excavation and earthworks for quay wall construction, utility relocating and access directing.
• Construction of quay wall including foundation, backfill, scour protection and reclamation in dry condition.
• Specifying the method statement of a floating marine by driven steel tubular piles in marine conditions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating all project & site activities with responsibility for the execution of the project in compliance with all the contractual requirements ensuring that the resource usage is optimized to achieve, or exceed, projected profit margins.
• Ensuring a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and direct preliminary planning stages as necessary.
• Coordinating the work of the mobilization teams to ensure that all necessary activities are reviewed with actions appropriately assigned, timescales agreed and relevant parties briefed with new communication channels established wherever necessary.
• Managing and coordinating the resourcing requirements for respective project segments, including staffing and plant to ensure that they are accurate and realistic and that any necessary steps needed to supply resources have been arranged.
• Coordinating, in conjunction with Management, the development and establishment of the project planning together with the mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against the plan. Ensuring that the corrective actions are agreed and implemented at the appropriate level as and when variations from plans occur.
• Liaising with relevant staff to ensure that the project monitoring system is implemented adequately and that output on financial performance is reviewed at the appropriate level and frequency to achieve an effective control of the project budget.

12, 000, 000 USD budget EPC Project involves construction of a new jetty and associated works to facilitate the operations of SRU Facility at NGL-3 Plant located in Mesaieed.
➢ CCC/TCC JV - Raf Laffan Port Expansion Project Silt Removal Works ( Ras Laffan / Qatar )
• 350, 000 USD budget project for removal of 3000 m3 of silt which varies from 11 to 16 meters depth including discharging to 400 meters away from the temporary bund. Dredging done by slurry dredging pump for an extreme cohesive silty clay soil.
➢ Qatar Navigation - Dredging Works Under Dry Dock (Mesaieed Industrial City / Qatar )
• 750, 000 USD budget project for removal of 12000 m3 of silt with diving teams and an in-house manufactured floating dredging pump.
➢ Al Khayyat Construction / UCC - Banana Holiday Resort Island ( Doha / Qatar )
6, 500, 000 USD budget project which is located on reclaimed Banana Island that is 35 kilometers away into the sea from Doha.
➢ Consolidated Gulf Co. W.L.L. / Private Beach House Jetty Construction ( Al Marroona/Qatar )
• 4, 000, 000 USD budget jetty project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall supervision of all Marine Construction Works including Quay wall, Breakwater and Rock Revetment.
• Communications with Management (CM) in case any problems are encountered.
• Overall supervision of all DSV / diver installation & operations and Diving Safety.
• Responsible for coordinating the Marine Movements of Working Vessels with Port Authority.
• Coordination of all required materials, QA/QC related activities and documentation and surveying issues.

150, 000, 000 USD budget project involves construction of land extension for the new industrial plant by:
• Quay wall construction for plant extension with precast concrete blocks,

• Construction of breakwaters and rock revetments together with dykes from marine side.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Hands-on construction management for Onshore & Offshore projects.

• 150, 000, 000 USD budget project for the New Brine Intake Station. The scope covers but not limited to manufacturing 408 pieces of Ø914/25 and Ø1267/25 piles which vary in length from 36 m to 54 m by submerged arc welding (SAW) automation, fabrication of 845 tons of pile reinforcement steel cages, installation of steel cages into the piles differing from 12m to 63 m (201 pieces onshore and 207 pieces off-shore), tremie concreting of all on-shore and off-shore piles ( for off-shore piles a flat top concreting barge is used with mounted truck drums), offshore drilling of piles to rock socket into the salt rock with Reverse Circulation Drilling technology, performing of Sonic Integrity tests and grouting applications.
➢ Şener Arda Construction A.Ş. - SAVKA Berthing Platform for Fuel Oil Vessels ( Mersin / Turkey )
• 8, 000, 000 USD budget project for constructing the first off-shore loading platform of Turkey which is formed of 7 dolphin structures that are connected with catwalks. The scope covers but not limited to manufacturing 76 pieces of Ø1210/15 piles which are 36 m by gas metal arc welding (GMAW) automation, , fabrication of 60 tons of pile reinforcement steel cages, installation of steel cages into the piles, tremie concreting of piles, in-situ construction of the dolphin structures and construction and installation of connection catwalks between the dolphins. 25 kilometers of subsea pipeline installation by “pipe-by-pipe” technique.
➢ Şener Arda Construction A.Ş. - Kibar Holding Container Terminal Construction ( İskenderun / Turkey )
• 25, 000, 000 USD budget project (only labor, material supplied by Employer), for construction of a container terminal jetty. The scope covers but not limited to manufacturing 748 pieces of Ø914/12 piles which vary from 32 m to 48 m by gas metal arc welding (GMAW) automation, in-situ construction of the jetty structure which covers of 4500 tons rebar, 32000 m3 of concrete and 15000 m2 of formwork. Scope also includes construction of revetments, retaining walls, drinking and sewage water system, collection pits, substructure channels and concrete finishes of common fields.
➢ TAISEI Corporation - Marmaray Immersed Project - Construction of Flat Top Diving Barge ( Istanbul / Turkey )
• 650, 000 USD budget project to construct a flat top barge for diving operations. Total 240 tons of steel was used for 36x12x3 meter, double bottom pontoon construction.
➢ Şener Arda Construction A.Ş. - Marmaray Tuzla Construction Yard Temporary Jetty Construction ( İstanbul / Turkey )
• 2, 500, 000 USD budget project to construct 3 temporary jetties which are formed by H Beams and steel structure. The scope covers but not limited to manufacturing 94 pieces of HEA 400 piles which vary from 18 m to 24 m by shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) automation, construction of precast slab elements, installation of steel superstructure together with precast placing together with underwater works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Hands-on construction management for Tuzla Site construction facilities in line and complying with the Employer’s Requirements.
• Dredging, construction of Dry Docks, construction of Tunnel Elements and permanent and temporary structures such as access shafts, ballast tanks, concreting jetties, immersion trials with dummy elements, quay walls, revetments and breakwaters.
• Leading QA/QC and Method Statement documentations, preparing the daily, weekly and monthly work schedules for concrete laboratories and related work sites, .
• Planning and organizing the concrete casting plans of Immersed Tunnel Elements (3800 m3 of concrete casting in one go)
• Organizing and attending meetings with Consultant and Employer for Project related works.
• Inspecting and controlling the quality plans and quality records of subcontractor works
• Creating the design of the required concrete, trial castings and testing all properties. Accreditation and creation of Concrete Laboratory required by the Employer, at Istanbul Technical University.
• Modeling and reporting of the designed concrete via computer aided modeling software, attending quality and progress meetings with the consultant for concrete related works.
