Project Description:
The goal of YSA is to develop the Participant portal for students and Management portal for Citi stakeholders and administrators. In this, participating organizations (e.g. non-profit, local and regional government agencies, etc.) can set up Programs, which provide incentives on top of a Participant’s contribution to support their investment growth. A participating organization can set up one or multiple Programs and sub-programs.
Sapient is tasked by Citi to develop the platform for the Participants enrolled in the YSA to be able to view and maintain their Account information. Also, Citi stakeholders and administrators from the non-profit organizations must be able to view, manage and report on Program parameters and performance.
The application has been developed using MVC 4.0 as a front end, Entity Framework 5.0 to access the data and SQL Server as a back-end. Also for report generation Microsoft’s SSRS tool has been used.
Roles/Responsibilities:
•Lead the team of 6 members during the development of various modules
•Efficiently executes assigned actions and ensures applications meet the acceptance criteria
•Prioritizes programming work and assigns tasks
•Involved in requirements analysis and effort estimation for the project
•Designing, coding, bug fixing and testing (Unit, Integration and Sniff testing) of the application
•Involved in code review of other peers
Project#1: Healthcare Auto Insurance (HCAI)

Project Description:
Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) is the national trade association that represents the companies that insure the homes, cars and businesses of Canadians. Member insurance companies provide about 90% of the private (non-government) property and casualty (P&C) insurance sold in Canada.
Currently IBC contains various applications like HCAI (Health Care Auto Insurance - Web Application), PMS (Practice Management Systems - Windows Application), FnE (Feed and Extracts - Windows Application) to process the business, in which HCAI is a major application. I have worked on all the applications but the focus is on developing the web application.
The front end is provided using the ASP.Net web forms and various server controls as well as user controls and the backend is developed in SQL server 2008 R2.
Roles/Responsibilities:
