My responsibilities at HILTI are diverse and exciting and as technical sales advisor. My comprehensive & thorough
understanding of the saudi construction market through my tenure in this market segment with exposure to all
parts of the business have given me an advantage to balance being both a salesman and an engineer.
As a salesman, I understand the customer needs and find effective ways to do so and as an engineer, I have a
unique understanding how to sell engineered systems that would benefit them in the long run. My approach has
always been to visit the projects/construction sites to witness the needs/requirements and to have a better
understanding of the challenges faced by the client; rather walking directly into purchasers office. So, not only do
I sell but also provide advice and technical support of all the products under HILTI’s umbrella.
I advise customers on how they can use HILTI’s products to their advantage in the best possible way, this may
sometime require me giving a product seminar or a technical proof of concept or technical demonstration to be
assured of the practicality of the solution.

My responsibilities at UNITECH were almost identical to what I do at HILTI. However, my UNITECH experience was
unique as I also collaborated with the design, production, engineering and R&D departments to determine how
products should be manufactured/produced or modified to suit customers' needs.
My skills with IT helps me communicate with remote people better, I use emerging technology to connect with my
clients such as teleconferencing. I learnt a lot about meeting, exceeding and most importantly managing client
expectations, managing tight deadlines, working hard and smart under pressure and delivering - each time, every
time - Failure was never an option neither in HILTI not in UNITECH. My experience has taught me a lot which I am
confident I will leverage on and deliver on my next Job.
