1. Manage multiple products, like- Rate Management System, Freight Management System, and Customer Portal, to ensure successful implementation.

2. Analyse customer requirements received from various stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

3. Create JIRA tickets for the development team to develop the requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication of the requirement.

4. Provide grooming sessions to the development and QA teams to ensure that they understand the requirements, ask clarifying questions, and address any ambiguity.

5. Configure master data and replicate test cases to ensure seamless testing and demonstration of the developed features to customers.

1. I was liable for the Implementation of various modules like Freight Forwarding, CRM, Transport Management System, Warehouse Management System, Billing & Accounting present in one single SaaS based application.

2. Proactively gather information to understand business needs, and appropriately set expectations with the business team.

3. Training the business users and making them well versed with the ERP Application.

4. Perform analysis, Master data set-up, testing and validation for various projects and ensuring superior service while minimizing cost.

5. Effectively communicate with the customer and ensuring the issues reported by them during UAT is resolved.

6. Maintaining complete list of issues identified by the end users and resolving them with the help of Development and QA team.

7. Build and maintain client relationship throughout consulting engagements and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Third party Integration with the business bank’s application to ensure necessary business sales data is recorded with the bank.

9. Assisting the Sales team during Pre-sales by demonstrating the Product to the Prospect.

10. Ensuring the delivery is going on track with the help of Senior Implementation manager by providing necessary assistance and update to the Business team.

11. Providing necessary assistance in form of on-site and off-site support for couple of weeks to the business users post Go- live.
