*Advising the senior management and staff on Action Aid global Security Management Policy and minimum security standards.
*Drafting and keeping up to date and implementing country security plans and procedures reviewing security plans produced by field teams.
*Carrying out quarterly risk analysis (using AA security matrix )
*Assisting senior managers to monitor the effectiveness of security management, assessing and flagging issues of non compliance to senior management and making recommendation.
*collating organization wide lesson learned on staff security.
Producing monthly SMT report on safety and security risk and organizational performance.
*Providing oversight in the compliance of AA Pakistan Security policy, procedures tools and system by all staff members of the organization.
*ensuring safty and security contingency plans are in place for all offices of AA Pakistan
*conducting regular assessment of all offices of AAPK and its program to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
* As a member of country crisis management team supporting the CD in handling, in accordance with applicable crisis management protocols.
*coordinating procurement of security related equipments and services (consultancy, professional risk assessment and operational services.
*Participating and engaging with global SFP forum with cluster security champion and global security advisor on staff security issues.
*building strategic linkages and good working relationship with inter agency security forums including UN/INGO/NGO;s.

• European Commission funded Regular project :provided procurement of 60 handpumps and 120 toilets material at 60 different Bricklin areas of interior Punjab dated Jan2010 till December 2011
•Procurement of Emergency relief (food kits, health kits, household kits and items provided funded by DEC phase 1 started 2010 till 2012 for area Office Karachi for the DECII phase project started in July 2010 toll Nov 2012
•Providing Procurement /supplies to DEC II Project for Sindh (Thatta) started 2010 till 2011Pakistan for the procurement of livelihood items; shelter materials. through implementing partner Aalst DA 42
•AUSAID project Procurement of Emergency supplies in districts Kot Adu and layyah;interior Punjab started in July 2010 till Dec 2012
•UNDP funded short term project for Disaster risk reduction of coastal area of Sindh; involved in procurement of DRR material dated 15th Oct till 30th Nov 2012
•Procurement of Vehicle Toyota Hilux model 2010 for area office Karachi Mode
•Involved in procurement of livelihood items for Action Aid’s Regular Italian Cooperation project of Livelihood (goats, hens, fertilizers and seeds) that is started in Feb 2013 will run by October 2013.

Being Procurement focal person in ActionAid Country office and working with different regular and short term projects including Livelihood, Early emergency response I have been selected out of 42 countries as a member of International emergency Crises team (IECT)which has 150 members existing
( under the theme of Logistics/procurement.)
